Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping takes 6–12 business days from the date your order ships. Because our supplements are produced and quality-checked at our fulfillment facility, delivery can occasionally take a little longer during peak periods we'd rather get it right than rush it.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on every order no minimums, no codes, no surprises. The price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email within 1–3 days of your order shipping. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry carriers sometimes take a moment to scan packages into their system.

Delays

While we do everything we can to hit our delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out at info@vitalpaw.co and we'll take care of you.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, we're unable to reroute packages once shipped. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at info@vitalpaw.co and we'll do our best to correct it.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Still missing after 48 hours? Contact us and we'll make it right, replacement or refund, your choice.
